GN Good Nutrition has recently conducted a study at Kasetsart University (Thailand) evaluating the effect of Vitalsorb Pure lysolecithin on fat and energy utilization illustrated enhanced fat digestion and increase in the apparent metabolizable energy (AME) of standard and energy reduced broiler diets.
